Michelle Curtin, DO, FAAP
Dr. Michelle Curtin is a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician (DBP) who joined the IUSM Department of Pediatrics in 2016. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics in Riley Child Development and received her osteopathic medical training at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and subsequently completed a pediatric residency at Palmetto Health / University of South Carolina.
Dr. Curtin was the first developmental behavioral fellow at the University of Louisville, where she also became a Kentucky Derby enthusiast. She was the first trainee liaison for the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics executive committee, and is currently the director of the IUSM Department of Pediatrics mental health sabbatical program.
Dr. Curtin's special interests lie across the field of Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics, with a special focus on school performance of children.
